As part of the new assignment at Lilly İlaç, Bahar Emeksizoğlu Pıcak started to work as Corporate Affairs Director at Lilly Türkiye.

Bahar Emeksizoğlu Pıcak graduated from Chemical Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2005 and from ITU Management Engineering Department in 2006 as a double major. Having completed her master’s degree in ITU Management Engineering in 2008, Pıcak led the licensing, market access and pricing functions of global pharmaceutical companies such as Eczacıbaşı-Baxter, Abbott, Abbvie and AstraZeneca. Bahar Emeksizoğlu Pıcak, who has undertaken different duties as Regulatory Manager and Health Economics and Market Access Manager at AstraZeneca Türkiye since 2015, assumed the role of Market Access Competencies Leader for AstraZeneca Middle East and Africa region as an additional responsibility in 2021.
Bahar Emeksizoğlu Pıcak will serve as the Corporate Affairs Director and also a Member of the Board of Directors within the scope of the appointment at Lilly Türkiye.
