Özlem Işıksal started to work at ILKO Pharmaceuticals as Marketing Director and Nihan Gülşen as Human Resources Director.
ILKO Pharmaceuticals Marketing Director: Pharm. Özlem Işıksal
Özlem Işıksal graduated from Faculty of Pharmacy, Gazi University in 2001. She worked in Sanofi Aventis as Sales Representative and Brand Manager between 2001-2006; in Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals as Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager and Overseas Markets Category Manager between 2007-2014; in Adeka İlaç as Senior Brand Manager in 2014-2016; and in Nobel İlaç as Brand Manager and Marketing Manager between 2016-2021. Joining ILKO Pharmaceuticals family as Marketing Director at the end of 2021, Pharm. Özlem Işıksal is married and has one child.
ILKO Pharmaceuticals Human Resources Director: Nihan Gülşen
Nihan Gülşen graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree. She completed her MBA education in English at the same university, and then her master’s degree in Department of Psychology, Istanbul Aydın University.
Human Resources Specialist at Roche Pharmaceuticals between 2006-2009, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals between 2009-2013, Human Resources Manager at Ströer between 2013-2016, Factory Human Resources Manager at Novartis Pharmaceuticals between 2016-2019, Nihan Gülşen, who worked as a Founder at N Vitamin Training and Consultancy Company between 2019-2020 and as Human Resources Director at Genveon Pharmaceuticals between 2020-2022, joined ILKO Pharmaceuticals family as of April. Gülşen is the mother of two children.
