Berko Pharmaceuticals is renewing its production processes with the “Berkovan” project. Aiming to realize the production needed for the health of the society in a faster and more efficient way, Berko Pharmaceuticals started its new project.
Working and producing for public health with the vision of “For Healthy Tomorrows”, Berko Pharmaceuticals is innovating in its production processes. Within the scope of the project, Berko Pharmaceuticals rearranges its batch production lines in accordance with the principles of “Lean Production” by making new layout plans in the production lines in cooperation with the technical services, quality assurance, QCL and production planning departments, especially the production department.
Aiming to realize the production needed for the health of the society in a faster and more efficient way with Berkovan project, Berko Pharmaceuticals strives to provide efficiency in many areas such as increasing the capacity at its Production Facilities, minimizing the workload and time losses experienced during the transport of semi-finished products to the following production steps, and greatly increasing the efficiency of the equipment and process.
Regarding the contribution of the Berkovan project to the production processes, Oben Baykal, Factory Manager at Berko Pharmaceuticals said, “Our company, which produces and works for public health, aims to increase the capacity in our Production Facilities and improve the process and personnel efficiency with its new project.
