Gilead Turkiye continues to strengthen its senior management team with experienced names. Banu Uyar will now assume the role of Associate Director, Market Access, Gilead Turkiye.
Banu Uyar has been appointed as Associate Director, Market Access, Gilead Turkiye, which operates in 38 countries around the world, as of February 1, 2022. As an innovative pharmaceutical company, Gilead has more than 12,000 employees around the world, making progress in the fields of treatment, protection, access to treatment at every step, and new treatment research.
After graduating from Faculty of Pharmacy, Hacettepe University, Banu Uyar completed her master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry at the same university. She started her professional career at Uyar Pharmacy. After working as a research assistant for 2 years at the university she graduated from, she entered the sector with Eczacıbaşı. Uyar, who took responsibilities in different companies and positions, most recently served as the Senior Market Access Manager at Novartis Oncology.
