Omar Kamal has been appointed as the Finance and IT Enabling Leader of Roche Pharmaceuticals Turkey, which has been continuing its activities to shape the future of the healthcare ecosystem in Turkey and improve people’s lives since 1958. Omar Kamal brings a wealth of expertise from various leadership roles held in Roche’s Canadian and Saudi Arabian organizations since 2015. He will assume his new responsibilities in Roche Pharmaceuticals Turkey as of July 1, 2022. In his new role, Omar will carry out his work as a Roche Pharmaceuticals Turkey Leadership Team Member.
About Omar Kamal
After graduating with a BSc. honors genetics from the University of Western Ontario, Omar pursued Accounting and Administrative Studies at York University and obtained his CPA license from the New Mexico Board of Accountancy. Omar started his professional career in 2004 with Ernst & Young, followed by several years in diverse finance roles at GE Healthcare Canada right before he joined Roche in June 2015 as a Business Unit Controller within Roche Pharmaceuticals Canada. Omar will take up his new position as Roche Pharmaceuticals Turkey Finance and IT Enabling Team Leader as of July 1, 2022.
