Berk Tümen: Director of Respiratory Sales & Marketing
Berk Tümen graduated from Koç University, Department of Economics in 2008 and completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Boğaziçi University. Mr. Tümen started his career as Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Officer at Anadolu Efes and then assumed managerial roles in different finance functions within Anadolu Group. He then worked as Finance Manager at Thyssenkrupp and finally as Commercial Excellence and Revenue Management Manager, Commercial and Revenue Management Director responsible for Türkiye and Levant regions and Business Unit Director at Sanofi. In his new role, Berk Tümen will manage Abdi İbrahim’s marketing and sales teams in Respiratory and contribute to the company’s growth targets in this area.
Haluk Eryılmaz: Marketing and Sales Director for Basic Therapies
Haluk Eryılmaz graduated from Marmara University, Department of Health Management and started his career in Novartis sales team. He continued his career at MSD for 8 years and assumed senior responsibilities in sales and marketing. He then worked as Business Unit Manager and Business Development Director at AbbVie. Most recently, Eryılmaz worked as Personalized Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy Leader and General Manager of Infogenetics at Roche Türkiye and joined Abdi İbrahim as Marketing and Sales Director for Basic Therapies. Eryılmaz, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, will manage Abdi İbrahim’s marketing and sales teams in the field of Basic Therapies and contribute to the company’s growth targets in this area.
Seda Arıca: Director of Strategy, Business Development, Global Portfolio
Seda Arıca started her career as an R&D engineer at Sanko Holding and then worked as an Export Officer at SilverWay Ltd. in Thailand, where she went as an expat. Afterwards, she assumed senior responsibilities in Deva Holding/Eastpharma in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Research and R&D Project Management. Moving to Sandoz GmbH Global in 2017, Arıca worked as Global Business Development and Licensing Director at Sandoz Headquarters in Munich/Germany for 4 years and then returned to Türkiye and worked as Head of Business Development, Licensing, Portfolio & Launch, Business Excellence and Strategy at Sandoz for 3.5 years. In her new role at Abdi İbrahim, Mrs. Arıca will manage the company’s portfolio planning in the short, medium and long term, the evaluation of new business areas and cooperation opportunities in Türkiye and other countries around the world, and the determination of the company’s strategy.
